29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a. 403 Wild Turkey Road, Bluefield, WV 24701: On April 12, 2023 an employee was assisting in the installation of insulation on the roof of a new pre-engineered metal building. The employee was working on the section of the roof that was approximately 27'4" above the floor and was utilizing a personal fall protection system that was rigged such that it allowed for a free fall of greater than 6 feet.
