On or about April 13, 2023, were exposed to eye hazards without eye protection, while using a pneumatic gun, on a residential construction site in Peoria, Illinois JUAN PABLO RAMIREZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 11926.102(a)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1615303, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 15, 2022, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1339 WOODSIDE DRIVE, DUNLAP IL 61525.
