29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about April 13, 2023, 13 Construction & Pro Services LLC did not protect employees from falls by use of fall protection (guardrails or personal fall arrest systems) while they were roofing a residential building at 9 feet or more above the lower level in a worksite located at 12434 South Drive in St. Louis, Missouri. 13 Construction & Pro Services LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 155007, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 6, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 718 Warrior Pass in Warrenton, Missouri.
