29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C): Where lockout was used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review, between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected. a) 122 North Street, York, PA 17403 - On or about April 13, 2023, the employer did not include in the periodic inspections, a review of the employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedures for line 1 - enrober for each authorized employee. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
