29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: a) 1010 W Colfax, Kalaco Apartments, Denver CO 80204: On or about April 11, 2023, and at times prior, the controlling employer did not ensure that subcontractor employees were protection from injury, in that the subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 60 feet while conducting framing operations.
