29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) Encompass Group, LLC located at 615 Macon Street McDonough, GA 30253: On or about 04/4/ 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to metal crossing beams that were not stacked or secured properly. On March 29, 2023, there was an employee was injured by an unsecured metal crossing beam falling and causing a laceration to the face.
