29 CFR 1926.451(e)(9)(i): The employer did not provide safe means of access for each employee erecting or dismantling a scaffold. a. Site - Employees were not provided with a safe means of access for each employee on a temporary elevated work platform consisting of timber planks placed between bridge girders at the time that the temporary elevated work platform was being dismantled, when scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access and a safe means of access was not provided in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1).
