29 CFR 1910.1200(d)(1): The chemical manufacturer or importer did not evaluate chemicals produced in their workplaces or imported by them to classify the chemicals' health and physical hazards in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200: Packaging Department, 100 Campanelli Dr, Uxbridge MA: On or about 4/4/23, the employer did not evaluate whether ground cannabis dust, which is produced in the workplace by the commercial processing of cannabis, was required to be classified as a hazardous chemical under the Hazard Communication Standard due to hazards including, but not limited to, skin and respiratory sensitization by an allergen.
