29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) On or about March 29, 2023, and dates prior, procedures were not developed, documented and utilized to protect employees from the hazards associated with the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy, exposing employees to crushing, caught-in and amputation hazards. Equipment and machinery requiring machine specific energy control procedures, includes but is not limited to the Challenger Rotary Certified overhead two (2) Post 10,000 pound capacity automotive lifts, tire machines, air compressor system(s), electrical vehicle repair and charging equipment, HVAC systems, forklifts, paint booths and other equipment.
