29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(i): Visible gauges were not maintained so as to indicate or ensure that the required air velocity is maintained. a) Chicago Booth Manufacturing, Inc. located at 5000 W Roosevelt Rd., Chicago, IL 60644: On or about March 29, 2023, the employer failed to ensure that the manometer on the dry spray booth, model number FPX-1086, was maintained in working order. Employees routinely sprayed flammable materials inside the spray booth including but not limited to sealers and top coats.
