29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2): The employer did not establish and implement written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment. On or about March 23, 2023, at the Samsung Semiconductors facility located in Austin, Texas, the employer did not develop and implement a written piping inspection procedure for PSM covered process safeguards, such as but not limited to the following equipment UVIR detectors RAHH-15 (DEV-0000144), exposing employees to fire and burn hazards.
