29 CFR 1910.23(c)(4):29 CFR 1910.23(c)(4): The employer did not ensure that ladders that are used only on stable and level surfaces unless they are secured or stabilized to prevent accidental displacement. (a) McCandless Idealease, LLC, 16704 E 32nd Ave, Aurora, CO 80011; On or about 3/21/23, and at times prior, employees were exposed to falls of approximately 8 feet while utilizing a 10-foot ladder to remove rivets on a 13-foot box truck without securing the ladder to prevent displacement.
