29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) Location: Worksite On or about March 21, 2023 employees were exposed to falls of over 10 feet working on the roof and a pump jack scaffold that had not been inspected by a competent person. No fall protection was provided or utilized. An employee fell 10 feet to lower level onto an unfinished framed deck.
