The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided. WORKSHOPS/211 AND 214 FOOD TERMINAL PLAZA, NEW HAVEN, Ct: On/or about March 20, 2023, the Production Area, Set-up room and Production Sauce Areas had an accumulation of water in the rooms creating slip and trip hazards for the employees.
