29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization of one or more employee as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. a) At Binghamton Precast & Supply Corp., on or about 3/1/2023: An employee fell from a ladder, broke his wrist, fractured his pelvis, and was hospitalized. OSHA was not notified of the hospitalization until March 20, 2023.
