29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): (a) Driveway & Parking Lot; 0805 County Road 1221, Frisco, CO, On or about March 11, 2023, the employer did not ensure that an employee was trained to operate a Caterpillar Skid Steer Loader (Model # 252B, S/N #Unknown) with a Blue Diamond Attachments Plow (Model: 122025; S/N: 35921) to plow snow from the drive and parking lot of the Tutt family's mountain retreat at Uneva Lake in Summit County. This condition exposed employees to struck-by and crushed-by hazards.
