29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard were being followed: (a) Throughout the facility; Periodic inspections of energy control procedures were not conducted on at least an annual basis for equipment including, but not limited to, the Bridgeport F-362-00-093 machine (Serial No. 19-0161), Wilton Lathe, OmniTurn CNC Lathe, Trak DPM machines, and the Bridgeport machine (Serial No. 4534).
