29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and/or cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors: (a) On or before 3/15/23, the employer did not ensure that extension cords were used in accordance with this standard. An extension cord was run and through a dropped ceiling to provide power to the other side of the room. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.
