29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems shall be installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees. The employer was failing to protect employee(s) from fall injuries. This was most recently documented on or about March 14, 2023, at 10717 S. 126th Ct. Omaha, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that all guardrails were installed along the open sides and ends of the mobile scaffold prior to release.
