On or about 3/9/2023, a) The power cord for a router table was not fitted with strain relief device at the plug end of the cord. b) The power cord for a sander table was not fitted with strain relief device at the machine end of the cord. c) The power cord for a benchtop bandsaw was not fitted with strain relief device at the plug end of the cord.
