29 CFR 1910.106(d)(4)(i): Openings into inside storage rooms were not provided with a noncombustible liquid-tight raised sill or ramp at least 4 inches in height, the floor was not at least 4 inches below the surrounding floor, nor was there an open-grated trench inside of the room which drained to a safe location: a) Mixing Room: The room used for storage of flammable liquids, including but not limited to acetone and various paints, was not equipped with a liquid tight raised sill of at least four (4) inches or an open grated trench, exposing employees mixing paint to a fire hazard, on or about March 22, 2023. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
