29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a: At 911 - B Rivo Place Tarpon Springs, Florida; On or about March 8, 2023, at the welding areas, employees were exposed to smoke, fire, and entrapment hazards, in that, the portable fire extinguisher access was blocked by metal frames, vertical saw and cardboard cylinders. b: At 911 - B Rivo Place Tarpon Springs, Florida; On or about March 8, 2023, at the thermal cutting areas, employees were exposed to smoke, fire and entrapment hazards, in that the portable fire extinguisher location was not identified.
