29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: (a) on or about January 26, 2023 and employee was admitted to a hospital for treatment for serious injuries sustained while at a jobsite and the employer failed to report that in-patient hospitalization to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) within 24 hours.
