Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:

29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides of the spray booth was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: a) On or about March 6, 2023, a minimum clear space of three (3) feet was not maintained on all sides of the powder coating line spray booth. Materials such as a 5 step rolling ladder, a rolling table, cardboard boxes, and a flammable moving storage container were stored directly against the outer powder coating spray booth walls or within three feet of the walls. Tramont Manufacturing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1509809, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 14, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 326 East Keefe Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53212.
