Site - On or about March 3, 2023, an employee was exposed to falling approximately 50 feet while climbing over the top rail of a Genie aerial lift on to the roof. b. Site - On or about March 3, 2023, an employee was exposed to falling approximately 30 feet while standing on the midrail of a JLG aerial lift.
