29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a) Parking lot - south side of facility; On or about February 7, 2023, an employee performing work activities in the parking lot, suffered an injury due to a fall. The employee was hospitalized the same day due to the injury and the employer did not report the hospitalization to OSHA within the required timeframe.
