29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Location - 790 Waverly Road, North Andover, MA 01845: Janitorial Closet and Sales Floor On or about 2/27/2023, employees who were expected to work with corrosive materials, such as but not limited to Spitfire SC Power Cleaner, were not provided with adequate facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and skin within the work area for immediate emergency use.
