OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to hazards associated to delayed extrication from a rubber mill. a.) At the jobsite, located at 5180 113th Avenue North Clearwater, FL 33760; on or about 2/15/23, the pressure body bar of the EEMCO PUE Rubber Mill machine, used by employees for the mechanical working of rubber and plastics compounds, had an inoperable alarm device to summon assistance in the event of a bite incident
