29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about February 16, 2023, employees engaged in residential construction activities were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6-feet without using any form of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall and struck-by hazards. The BCR Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1627813, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 14, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 10649 Hidden Passage 79924. BCR Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1574656, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 19, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 10608 Hidden Arc Dr. El Paso, TX 79924.
