OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards during demolition activities: a) Jobsite located at 50 Whitman Street, Pawtucket, RI 02860: On or about 2/16/2023, the employer did not ensure that ground worker employees were protected from struck-by and crushing hazards while performing site excavation and clean-up activities within the operating radius of the excavator and materials being moved.
