29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: a. 3 Brothers Seamless Gutters LLC at 100 Modoc Ct. Red Feathers Lake, CO 80545 on November 11, 2022, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury in that employees conducting work operations on a roof with a pitch of 20-in-12 without fall protection at all times. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
