29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation. The employer was failing to protect employee(s) from eye injuries. This was most recently documented on or about February 15, 2023, at 3915 S. 210th Cir. Elkhorn, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that employee(s) were not exposed to eye hazards while using a pneumatic nail gun and a circular saw during framing operations.
