29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart: a) Freezer 1: On or about February 15, 2023, employees were exposed to fire hazards due to a lack of required firefighting equipment while performing construction work. b) Freezer 2: On or about February 15, 2023, employees were exposed to fire hazards due to a lack of required firefighting equipment while performing construction work. c) Freezer 3: On or about February 15, 2023, employees were exposed to fire hazards due to a lack of required firefighting equipment while performing construction work.
