29 CFR 1910.119(d)(2)(i)(C): Process safety information pertaining to the technology of the process did not include the maximum intended quantity: (a) On February 11, 2023, and at times prior, at the 99 Cents facility in Katy Texas, the employer did not complete a compilation of the maximum intended inventory of anhydrous ammonia, exposing employees to toxic hazards in the event of an ammonia release.
