29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) On or about January 31, 2023, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard while performing tasks including, but not limited to pressure washing and operating PIVs in the "Extract Area"; the employer did not ensure that the flexible cord providing power to the "Bone Dumper" exhaust fan was provided strain relief creating a 120-240 volt electrical shock hazard.
