29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: Facility, Cutting Booth: When workers were cutting and grinding on finished gel-coated articles a voluminous amount of explosive dust was created that coated the floor, objects in the booth, and pipes located above the work area. The employer did not clean up the accumulated dust on a regular basis, presenting an increased potential for fire and/or explosion in the event an ignition source occurs in the booth.
