29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. (a) At the Packing Line Building of Seungsan Pack American Corporation, AL: On or about February 7, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards that employer allowed the employees to use the Klinch-Pak pneumatic stapling guns for cardboard box assembling without wearing eye protection.
