29 CFR 1910.1018(g)(1)(i): Engineering and work practice controls were not instituted to reduce inorganic arsenic exposure to or below permissible exposure limit: a) Regulated area: On or about 10/28/2022, the employer failed to implement adequate work practice controls in a regulated area while employees were exposed to arsenic. The employer did not determine what conditions existed at the worksite, what hazards may be encountered, and how to best ensure protection for employees at the work site.
