29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: (a) 391 Carroll Gartin Blvd. Laurel, MS. - On or about February 9, 2023, The employer did not maintain a clear path of travel to the emergency exits where employees move, work, and stock merchandise. The exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed due to merchandise, boxes of product, rolltainers and U-boats with merchandise exposing employees to fire hazards.
