29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(10):The tops of a non-self-supporting ladder were not placed with the two rails supported equally: The employer is failing ensure that employees are protected from fall hazards. This violation was most recently documented at a worksite located at 2539 Fletcher Road, Seward, Nebraska. The employer is failing to ensure that a 24-foot Featherlite portable ladder being used by employees to access the roof was being used where the top rails were equally supported. The tops of the rails were along the rake of the building.
