29 CFR 1910.147(d)(4)(i):Lockout or tagout devices were not affixed to each energy isolating device by authorized employees: (a) On or about and at times before February 8, 2023 at 6514 Pelican Creek Circle RIVERVIEW, FL employees were exposed to release of hazardous energy hazards in that they were instructed to only use the power disconnect switch on the equipment on the F3 line while performing cleaning operations inside of the machinery.
