The documentation did not specify each type of signaling (e.g., hand signals, radio signals, etc.) for which the signal person meets the requirements of paragraph (c) of this section: At the job site located at 9000 E. 85th St. N. in Sedgwick County, KS, employee(s) engaged in crane operations were exposed to struck by and crush by hazards in that the employer did not provide documentation at the site to show that signal person's had been evaluated, had met the Qualification Requirements, and the signal person certifications provided by the employer at a later date did not state which type of signals employee(s) were qualified in.
