29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): a. On or about February 01, 2023, at 4901 Savarese Circle, Tampa Florida, approximately six employees were working atop an elevated working surface (North Line/C Line), during which time the employees were not protected by a conventional means a fall protection such as a guardrail system or personal fall arrest system or restraint system; therefore exposing the employees a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet - 6 inches. b. On or about February 01, 2023, at 4901 Savarese Circle, Tampa Florida, approximately two to three employees were working atop an elevated working surface (Center Line/D Line), during which time the employees were not protected by a conventional means a fall protection such as a guardrail system or personal fall arrest system or restraint system; therefore exposing the employees a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet - 9 inches. c. On or about February 01, 2023, at 4901 Savarese Circle, Tampa Florida, three to four employees were working atop an elevated working surface (South Line/A Line), during which time the employees were not protected by a conventional means a fall protection such as a guardrail system or personal fall arrest system or restraint system; therefore exposing the employees a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet - 8 inches.
