29 CFR 1910.28(b)(15): The employer did not ensure each employee on a walking-working surface 4 feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling: a. At the Front Canopy/Roof area of the facility located at 1520 Edgewood Avenue, North, Jacksonville, Florida 32254: On or about February 1, 2023, the employer exposed two employees to a 12-foot, 4-inch fall hazard, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while on the canopy/roof to remove vegetation.
