29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a. Located at 3005 Lamptonridge Drive in Brice, Ohio: On or about February 1, 2023, an employee was performing framing work from the roof without being attached to a lifeline, thereby exposed to an approximately 9-foot fall from the eave of the roof. Luis Sandoval was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1568675, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 9, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 215 Bevan Way, Lot 12822, Delaware, OH 43015. Luis Sandoval was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1352511, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 20, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 6951 Canon Drive, Canal Winchester, Ohio.
