29 CFR 1910.28(b)(11)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each flight of stairs having at least 3 treads and at least 4 risers is equipped with stair rail systems and handrails : (a) Lumber Deck; On or about February 1, 2023, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 58 inches while using stairs without handrails on each side. (b) Waste Conveyor Stairs; On or about February 1, 2023, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 46 inches while using stairs without handrails on each side.
