Newark, NJ 07105 a) Job built ladder did not have uniformly spaced rungs. Employees used a job build ladder where spaces between the rungs from top to bottom measured at 18 inches, 19 inches, 17 inches and 20 inches, respectively. Violation observed on or around February 1st, 2023.
