29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: (a) On or about January 24, 2023 - Headliner part of building, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when pallets/product in racks touched and/or were on top of pallets/product in the flue-space of the adjacent back-to-back rack. (b) On or about January 24, 2023 - Headliner part of building, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when cardboard boxes in which product was stored were leaning due to collapsing of the cardboard boxes and/or pallet damage.
