29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) This violation occurred on or about January 30, 2023, at a job site, where the employer did not ensure all levels of the walking working surfaces were properly guarded. Employees were exposed to fall injuries.
