Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. a) Building 3, On or about January 27, 2023 the door shop racking system was not anchored into the floor exposing employees to caught in and struck by hazards. b) Building 3, On or about January 27, 2023 the door shop racking system had damaged upright stanchion's while still loaded, employees were exposed to caught in and struck by hazards. c) Building 3, On or about January 27, 2023 the door shop rack system was not placarded with the weight rating, employees were exposed to caught in and struck by hazards. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
